How affiliate links work
Some links on Play MPL Guide are sponsored affiliate referrals. If a reader follows a referral and takes a qualifying action on an external website, this publisher may earn compensation. The existence, rate and trigger of any commission are not represented as a benefit or cost saving for the player.
Where the affiliate link leads
The current referral destination supplied for this project is a third-party shortlink. Its final operator, current offer and terms have not yet been independently established. Inspect the destination’s identity, licence claims and full conditions before sharing data or funds.
Commercial versus informational links
Commercial referrals are labelled and use sponsored link attributes. Internal navigation and source citations are separate from these links, although the project design specifically makes images promotional clickable surfaces. The commercial nature of those image links should be understood before interacting with them.
How we handle claims
Commercial relationships should not change the standard for source checking. The editorial policy describes evidence expectations, while the disclaimer describes the limits of the information.
